Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Members Club.
1. Who we are
“Members Club”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the operator of this website and application (the “Service”). If you are using a club-branded instance, a club operator may also administer your access and content within that club.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and session tokens.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, club rules, or applicable law.
3. Clubs, membership, and events
- Clubs may have additional rules, membership criteria, pricing, and event entry requirements.
- Event tickets (where available) may be non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We do not guarantee that any club will accept your membership request or that any event has capacity.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or discriminate against others;
- post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or misleading content;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk export data without permission;
- interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service (except where permitted by law).
5. User content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. posts, messages, profile information) (“User Content”).
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g. event providers, webhooks). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
