Meet. Host. Do business.
Members Club brings profiles, events, referrals, messaging and payments into one platform, so your networking lunch, charity dinner or founder circle runs without the spreadsheets.
Your own branding. Open or approval-based joining. Ticketing included.
Designed for
- Business networks
- Charities
- Alumni associations
- Trade bodies
- Founder circles
Start a club your members look forward to.
Members Club replaces the spreadsheets, mailing lists and ticketing tools most clubs patch together with one system that members actually want to use.

A club that looks like yours
Every club has its own web address, logo, colours and banner images, so members feel they have joined your organisation and not someone else's website.
- A public directory where new members can find you
- Open joining, or approval by an admin
- One login for members who belong to several clubs

From first announcement to full house
Build an event step by step, or paste the link to an existing listing and let AI complete the details for you to check.
- Several ticket types, each with its own price, limit and sales window
- Table plans, seating and menus, with menus imported from a spreadsheet
- QR tickets, guest lists and check-in at the door
- Public event pages and RSVP links for guests who are not members

Business that moves between members
Members pass on leads, post what they are looking for and thank each other when a job comes in. The value is recorded each time, so the club can see the result and not just the effort.
- A request board with posting limits. Requests close automatically after 30 days
- Points and a leaderboard, with scoring set by each club
- A report showing the business passed between members
Less admin. More time with members.

Why Members Club beats Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Skool and Eventbrite
Each of these is good at something: Facebook and LinkedIn for reach, Skool for courses, Eventbrite for one-off events. A club that meets in person needs members, events and payments in the same place. Here is how they line up.

Instead of a Facebook or LinkedIn group
You own the relationship. Your club has its own space, directory and payments, with no algorithm or advertising between you and your members.
Instead of Eventbrite
Sell tickets, plan tables and check guests in, then keep those guests as members. They do not disappear after the event.
Instead of Skool
Skool suits online courses. Members Club suits clubs that eat together, meet in person and send each other business.
Find a club to join
Join straight away or request approval, and move between your clubs with a single login.
From first invite to last guest out
Three steps from an empty page to an active club.
Create your club
Add your logo, colours and banner, then choose whether people can join freely or need your approval.
Invite your members
Invite people individually or from a spreadsheet, or bring them across from your existing website.

Common questions
What is Members Club?
Members Club is membership management software for business networks, charities, alumni associations and societies. Each club gets its own branded space with a member directory, events and ticketing, referrals, messaging and membership payments.
Who can start a club?
Anyone. If you are a registered company, a company-name lookup fills in the basic details for you.
How quickly can we launch?
Most clubs are set up in an afternoon. Add your logo, colours and banner, choose whether people can join freely or need approval, then invite your first members.
Is it only for large clubs?
No. Founder circles with a dozen people and trade bodies with thousands of members use the same setup.
Can non-members attend events?
Yes. Public event pages and RSVP links work for guests who have not joined the club, and guests can check out without an account. Every ticket has its own QR code.
How are events paid for, and where does the money go?
Event payments go through MyGuestList checkout, and the money can be paid directly into each club's own account.
How do members pay for membership?
Clubs can charge membership monthly or yearly. Members can save a card, pause, cancel and see their full billing history.
Can we leave our old website behind?
Yes. A migration tool brings members across from an older site, and admins can invite members one at a time or import them from a spreadsheet.
Can a club be invite-only?
Yes. A club can be open to join or require approval, and it decides whether to appear in the public directory.
Can members stay hidden, and is their data private?
Yes. Messages are stored encrypted. Members can go private where the club allows it, choose who is allowed to message them, and block or report anyone. Reports go to the club admins.
Can a member belong to more than one club?
Yes. One login covers every club a person joins, and they can switch between clubs without signing in again.
How is Members Club different from a Facebook Group or LinkedIn Group?
A Facebook or LinkedIn group lives inside someone else's platform, with ads and an algorithm deciding who sees what. Members Club gives you your own branded space, plus the things a group cannot do: a proper member directory, ticketed events, recorded referrals and membership payments.
Is Members Club an alternative to Eventbrite or Skool?
For clubs, yes. Eventbrite is good for one-off public events and Skool for online courses. Members Club is built for clubs that meet in person as well as online: ticket types, table plans, menus, QR check-in, recorded business referrals, and the membership and payments around them in one place.
